Le’Dor Phoenix Milteer is the founder of The Empowerment Workshop and host of The Empowerment Workshop Show. She is passionate about creating spaces where real stories, lived experiences, and practical lessons can inspire others. Through conversations with community leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers, Le’Dor highlights the journeys behind the impact. She believes everybody has a story that just might inspire somebody else.
